How long will it take and what does delivery cost?
Free shipping on orders of ₹5,999 and above; a flat ₹249 applies below that. So orders of ₹5,999 and above ship free. We crate in 1 to 3 business days and freight runs 5 to 12 business days, which is 6 to 15 business days in total. The freight desk phones to agree a slot before the vehicle sets out.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. We do not take credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and we do not offer EMI or part payment.
Can I return a unit if it does not fit?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery — provided it is still unassembled, unmarked and repacked in its original crate. That is why we ask you to keep the crate until you are sure it fits. Full conditions are on our Refund and Returns Policy.
What if a panel arrives chipped?
Film the unboxing before the strapping is cut and write to us within 48 hours with the video. We send a replacement panel, a replacement unit, or refund it, and we arrange and pay the pickup. There is no six-month or manufacturer warranty on this furniture — what we give instead is that immediate replacement window on transit damage and on faults found at delivery.
How much weight will a shelf take?
Each listing states the tested load per shelf. Books are the heaviest thing most people put on storage furniture — roughly twice what the same length of folded clothes weighs — so read the number against what you actually intend to store, and spread heavy items along the shelf rather than stacking them at one end.
Does it need fixing to the wall?
Any tall unit should be, and where a strap or bracket is supplied it is not optional. Fix it before you load it, not after. If you are drilling into a hollow partition rather than masonry, use the fixing suited to that wall — the ones in the box assume solid masonry.
How do I look after the finish?
Wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry at once; never leave standing water on a joint or an exposed edge. Keep units out of direct sunlight, which fades finishes unevenly, and re-tighten the cam locks after the first month — panels settle, and a firm carcass stays square.
