Quick answers before you write

Will it fit my alcove?
Send us the clear width, height and depth and we will tell you honestly whether it goes in — and whether the crate itself will turn your stairwell, which is usually the tighter constraint. Delivery is to your doorstep or building entrance.
How much will a shelf hold?
Each listing carries a tested load per shelf. Books are roughly twice the weight of the same length of folded clothes, so read the number against what you actually plan to store and spread the weight along the shelf.
Does it have to be fixed to the wall?
Any tall unit should be, and where a strap or bracket is in the box it is not optional. Fix it before loading. On a hollow partition use the fixing suited to that wall — the ones supplied assume solid masonry.
How long does delivery take and can I choose the day?
Crating takes a few working days and freight adds a week or more depending on your PIN code. The freight desk phones you to agree a slot before the vehicle sets out, so you are not waiting in all day.
How do I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery paid to the crew. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and we do not offer EMI.
When will you reply?
Within working hours we usually answer the same day. Anything sent overnight is picked up the following morning.
