Furniture online usually means handing over a card number for a large amount. Here you never do. Calaris Library takes two payment methods, and neither involves a card.

How you can pay

  • UPI — pay in advance from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your own bank’s app.
  • Cash on Delivery — pay the freight crew when the crate reaches you.

Both appear at the last checkout step. The price in Indian Rupees is the same either way — no discount for prepaying, no surcharge for paying at the door.

Paying by UPI

Choose UPI and you are shown a QR code and a payee handle. Approve the collect request in your app and the order confirms the moment the bank returns a success. If an amount debits but the order does not confirm, do not pay again — send us the UPI reference and we will attach it to the order or return it.

Cash on Delivery on crated goods

Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable PIN codes, but not on all of them for high-value crates — the freight partner sets that limit, not us. Where it is unavailable the option will not appear at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready; crews do not carry change for a bookcase.

What we do not accept

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or card-linked wallets. There is no card form on this site. We also never ask for money by transfer to a personal account — a request like that did not come from us.

Prices, currency and tax

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of any applicable tax. As a small proprietor trading below the GST registration threshold, we add no GST at checkout and print no GSTIN on the invoice.

No deposits, no instalments, no hidden charges

We do not take part payments or deposits and we do not offer EMI. Free shipping on orders of ₹5,999 and above; a flat ₹249 applies below that. That figure is shown on the checkout page before you confirm. There is no crating charge, no handling fee and no fuel surcharge added afterwards.

Your payment details stay with your bank

UPI payments are authorised inside your own app over an encrypted connection. We never see or store a UPI PIN, a bank credential or a card number. Against an order we keep only the reference the bank returns, so a payment can be traced if you ask.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid — to the source UPI handle, or by bank transfer to an account you nominate for Cash on Delivery orders. Timelines are on our Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy pages.
